Eco-dinner party place cards and invitations

With the holidays coming up fast you may be planning a dinner party or two. Two considerations for larger events include invitations and place cards. The good news is that you can go green with both.

Twisted Limb Paperworks is a carbon-neutral production art studio and your one-stop-shop for all your green paper needs if you’re throwing down. You can pick up some awesome round handmade recycled paper (see above) with invitation printed on vellum overlay (or 100% recycled cardstock if you prefer) and attached with a hole punch and brad. A 100% recycled reply postcard and matching 5 ½ inch square envelope are included, available in frost or sand.

Or if round is not your first choice, you can go with wrap Invitations, (above) which look great for any event or even some very cool DIY Yourself Invitations.

For easy place cards pick up some basic handmade paper and cut into small, business card sizes. Use a nice non-toxic pen to write your guests names on each card then slit the top of a recycled wine cork, and place the card into it for the perfect place card. If you don’t save wine corks you can find them at thrift stores sometimes OR take a look at these “Tranquility” Eco-Friendly Bamboo Place Card Holders.

Twisted Limb Paperworks sustainably create their beautiful and colorful handmade 100% recycled paper using old colored office paper and grocery bags, recycled water, and inclusions of flowers, wildflower seeds, grass from our field and ferns from our woods. They offer recycled wedding invitations, business promotional items, holiday greeting cards, birth announcements, shower invitations, thank-you notes, programs, guest books, place cards, menus and favors.
